YES, PETALS HAVE INPORTANCE IN POLLINATION AS THEY ATTRECT BEES AND OTHER INSECTS AND WHEN THEY SIT ON THEM. POLLEN GRAINS STICK ON THEM AND THEN THE POLLINATION HAPPEN.
