advantage: when malls r there people dont have the problem of going to different shops to buy different groceries, they can buy many kinds of items in a single mall.
malls have every customer facility.(like use of debit and credit cards)
malls have some seasonal discounts or offers on some products
disadvantage:there will be so much rush whenever there r discounts
malls dont have  water facility (whenever we feel thirsty to drink)
to build them so much space is necessary because of this humans r following deforestation
