I did this myself and it worked pretty well. Take a good sized ball which is not hollow and cut a quarter of it so it looks like the attachment. Then cover the whole ball with any coloured clay and the inside part that is cut with yellow or blue. Then make the organelles using clay and then label them by attaching a piece of paper to a toothpick like a flag and putting it on the organelles. Look online for some diagrams of eukaryotic cells for more info for where to put what.
