We know that volume of water risen is equal to the volume if substance dipped in it , and let the number of balls be x , so
here , πr^2h = 4\3 × π r^3 × x
so , r^2h = 4\3 × r^3 × x
, 400 × 2 = 4\3× x
so , x = 2400\4
x = 600
here , πr^2h = 4\3 × π r^3 × x
so , r^2h = 4\3 × r^3 × x
, 400 × 2 = 4\3× x
so , x = 2400\4
