They behave this way maybe because they never try to understand each other and Don't even bother to talk and maybe because of some past quarrels between them.
The best solution for this is to talk individually to them and make them understand that what they are doing isn't good and that they should try understanding each others we should make them realise what they are doing is wrong and spoiling the atmosphere of the class.
If this still doesn't work out our last option should be calling in the teacher and discuss the situation with him
