They behave like this due to lack of behaviour. Their parents do not care about their discipline. I would tell them to stop behaving rudely against their classmates.

the main reason to behave like this is friendship with bad friends or adolescens to avoid these type of behavior we should cut friendship with bad friends or to reduce talking with bad friends and to became good again they should talk always with friends who discuss about studies or some general knowledge
