1. Eat healthy food .

2. Don't take stress

3. Do your favourite things regularly

4. Listen good songs

5. Go out for a morning walk

6. If u want to make Body ,, join gym

7. wake up early in morning

8. Do meditation .

do exercise regularly and maintain a healthy diet.
avoid junk foods and fast foods.
try to be active all the day throughout.
have a good sleep.
do morning walks and evening walks regularly as it helps u to stay fit.
