yes , it is right to do so ,, because they are helping birds from moving here and there and relief from the obstacles they get in searching food . I think everyone should do so , try to help some needy .

my opinion is yes because if they r Giving stale food to the birds . the birds have not to move here and their in search of food. and I think this type of activity will help in increasing in the number of the birds that is great . And in this way the stale food will not waste.
