Some resource rich but economically backward regions and some resource poor but economically developed regions
Please write some examples of the above mentioned questions.........

1. Rajsthan where we can easily find solar and wind energy but due to lack of technology we still can't access them to much.

2. Meghalya is developed state but not much resources are found here.

3. in some countries like in India where number of resources are found that is Chattisgarh, Jharkhand ,Orissa

4. and few are there where no resources are found like Arunachal Pradesh.
