some say this covid19 virus dies at 27degree , but why didn't it die in warmest places where temperature is 40 degrees or more? ​

Look, Humans are warm blooded organisms which means that me mentain our body temperature to near about 37° C.

So it does not matter to the virus what the temperature of the climate is , etc, etc. It only cares about the temperature of it's host (that is, humans) which is pretty much constant.

And if the Covid 19 virus was to die in 27° C then it wouldn't have been able to infect humans in the first place. So your assumption is false.

Also, in my opinion I don't think that the virus will have any problem in living in temperatures till 50° C or more.

We would have to wait for the actual research to confirm the exact temperature.
