Yes, Zainul Abidin  is considered as the Akbar of Kashmir. Because of his tolerant religious policy. As Akbar was tolerant to all religions and during his reign there was the complete religious freedom and he founded a new religion that is called  Dina-e-elihi. In Kashmir Zainul Abidin followed the same policy as Akbar . During Zainul Abidin reign there was a complete religious freedom. Both were religion  tolerant rulers.
