Yes , it can have 0 displacement as if we travel a distance and return to our starting point then we have covered some distance but as we return to our initial position our displacement is 0.

Of course, an object can have 0 Displacement even thought it covered distance.
For example you started moving from point A to point B with an circular path of circumference 100 m. WhereB is exactly at the opposite. Again you moved from B to A ( initial point). So in this case the distance travelled is 100m but the displacement is 0.
