sir i want to state that i am a citizen of...........city. i am writing this letter to discuss about a problem that currently most of the people in the city area facing.bike riding young boys are frequently seen robbing ornaments from women in busy markets.recently such an incident happened in the main market if the city.two women were buying some household articles from a street vendor. the had just come out of a jewellery shop. two bike riding young boys suddenly came and snatches that purse containing gold chains and also snatched the earings which the two of them were wearing. we have reported several times in the police station but police in turning a deaf ear in these matters. i therefore request you to piblish an article regarding this matter so that police could draw attention towards this matter.
