जब कोई शब्द व्याकरण के नियमो से परिवर्तित होकर किसी वाक्य मे प्रयुक्त होता है तो वह शब्द ना केह्लाकर पद काह्लता है.
Eg. Raam ek ladka hai. -> yaha RAAM shabd nahi pad hai.
