someone please give balanced chemical reaction for decomposition of aluminum sulphate on heating

Al2(SO4)3 = 2Al + 3SO4

studyfan: but aluminum sulphate on on heating when decomposes gives alumina and sulphur trioxide.... isn't it?

Aluminum sulphate on heating decomposes to give aluminium trioxide and sulphur dioxide .

The reaction is as follows:
2Al(SO)₃ ⇒Heating ⇒  2AlO + 6SO+ 3O
