The correct answer is 19.

Explanation -

First number 4
Second 6
Third 9
Fourth 6
Fifth 14
Sixth 6

Lets Forget about the 2nd,4th, 6th number.

Now the numbers we are having are 4,9,14

See we missed 4 numbers between 4 and 9 and 9 and 14 and if we continue the series and leave 4 numbers again we will get 19.

ie. - - - - 4,9,14,19

See as u can see we left 4 numbers between the numbers. 4-9(we left 5,6,7,8) 9-14(we left 10,11,12,13) 14-19( we left 15,16,17,18).
