Someone plz explain ATP in detail..(in ezy words)

Hii..
ATP is Adenosine Triphosphate..
It is the energy currency of a cell..by which it carries out metabolic processes in it..

ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate) in easy words is 
like a battery
supplies energy whenever required has to be recharged.

ATP stores energy needed for what we do.
They are molecules that contain a lot of energy in them.

Some  ATP rich foods are meat,fish and eggs.
