Sometime, yoghurt becomes bitter and forths up. why does this happen?​

during the fermentation process the lactose present in the mail is converted to lactic acid under ambient environmental condition. if the fermentation is excess then the more amount of lactic acid is produced and turn the yoghurt bitter and froths up.
