1. In this scenario, you would feel angry but that dosen't mean you become violent or start shouting at your friends. You can just clearly tell them how it is unfair to do that and make fixed rules.
2. In this scenario, it is okay to feel bad about that. But you should explain to her that that is not how she should judge people. But that doesn't mean that you change how you are to only be let in in her inner circle.
3. In this scenario, you should feel unfair. You should go and complain the teacher of her misdoings.
