sometimes,wild animals like tigers and jackals attack villagers to kill pileople and destroy their homes. can we really blame them for such acts? why /why not.​

No, we should not blame them. No animal or even us as humans would bother others without any reason. In fact we should blame ourselves for them harming us because it is who are trying to get our shelters in their premises and that can be the only reason for any wild animal to approach or harm humans in their locality . In such situations people should understand and try to displace their shelters from such areas.

I blame the villagers instead because they were not living near  forests and other places where the wild animals live, they would not be attacked. and besides the wild animals will just be looking for food so they do not mind whether they kill people or not as long as they have eaten, they are good.
