Given:-

→ Moles of Gold Sonu sells everyday = 10

To find:-

→ Grams of gold that Sonu sells per

month .

Solution:-

• Atomic mass of Gold [Au] = 197u

Thus, molar mass of gold is 197g/mol.

Now, we know that :-

No of moles = Given Mass/Molar mass

Mass = No of moles × Molar mass

So, grams of gold Sonu sells per day :-

= 10 × 197

= 1970g

Hence, grams of gold he sells per month :-

= 1970 × 30

= 59100g

Thus, Sonu sells 59100 grams of gold

per month.

Some Extra Formulae :-

Number of atoms :-

= No of moles × Avogadro Number

Number of molecules :-

= No of moles × Avogadro Number

Molar mass :-

= Mass/No of moles

Answer:

Number of moles sold by Sonu per day = \sf{10 \ moles}

Mass of gold [in 'u'] = \sf{197 u }

∴ Molar mass of gold = \sf{197g}

Sells per day = \sf{10 \times 197g = 1970g}

Or,

Mass of gold sold in 1 month = \sf{1970g \times 30 = 59100g}.
