Let the angle be x. According to question,
x + 1/3 (180° - x) = 90°
x + 60° - x/3 = 90°
x - x/3 = 90° - 60°
2 x/3 = 30°
2 x = 90°
x = 45°
________________________________________________________
Hence the angle is 45° and option (d) 45° is correct.
