Yeah....
u can take the example of France....Which is having a constitutional monarchy...dat country is having a constitution but is not democratic..dat means dat its not important for any country to have constitution..but really important for any democratic country to have it...any country can be governed by the laws and rules mentioned in its constitution....

This statement clarifies that all those countries having constitution can be democratic or with any other government . It is not necessary that the country which has a constitution gives rights to its citizens and perform other functions that a democracy should . So it is not necessary that a coutry with constitution is democracy but it could be that all democratic country has a constitution as its a major part of our democracy or democratic government .


You could also take example by comparing two or more countries .
