( \frac{7}{15} )^{0}  + ( \frac{1}{7} )^{3 - 3}  \\  \\  = ( \frac{7}{15} )^{0}  + ( \frac{1}{7} )^{0}  \\  \\  = 1 + 1 \\  \\  = 2
