If the seeds are sown in field very close to each other then all the seeds will not get proper nutrition and they will not grow healthy and if the seeds are sown far apart from each other there will be wastage of land.
So it is Nessecary to sow the seeds at proper distance
If the seeds are sown at surface of field they will be eaten by birds and if they are sown deep inside the field then the will not get proper sunlight water nutrition etc.
So it is necessary to sow the seeds at proper depth
