Dear sir,

My name is Nikhitha from class 9 . As we all know today's competitive environment. Especially in my class we students are in grievous pressure .

Pressure to do well at school has been shown to increase stress and anxiety in students, leading to poorer physical, social and emotional health. Students can feel pressure from their parents, school, teachers, society or themselves to achieve higher grades and academic success. The constant stress to perform interferes with children's identity formation and causes them to feel like they're not good enough. Sleep deprivation. Kids who feel constant pressure to do well in school may stay up late studying and as a result, they may struggle to get enough sleep. But however i have come up with some ways to combat the same .

For instance Societal pressureWhat will people say? This question mostly hurled at the students and parents by family, friends, neighbours, and much surprisingly by themselves, is counted as one of the biggest killers of their self-belief, self-confidence, and self-esteem.Parents and students must believe in themselves. They have to understand that people will say a lot many things, give many opinions, feedback.

Students shouldn't go over schedule and take breaks that they deserve. Studying late nights creates anxiety plus our brain cannot work in an efficient way .Thus ,sleeping early and getting up early is the best schedule. After all the early bird gets the worm.

I know that i am not the only one facing them ,almost all students are and thus i appeal to you to put in our newspaper reaching out to and helping millions of students as they are your regular readers .

Your sincerely,

Nikhitha

Hope this helps mark me brainliest
