in the first case,as my opinion it should be banned to get animals from different regions.these animals are the sufferers as it is very difficult for them to adapt in a new habitat and climate.

for animals from cold region,they should be kept in a cold conditioned environment at least for 15-18 hours a day.

their food habits shouldnt be changed.etc
