by eating good food we remain healthy and food.. but we should be very care full when we are eating food .. we should choose food which can provide us energy proteins vitamins etc.. so that they may help us to remain healthy and fit.. while we should avoid eating junk food which we all loves to eat because these type of food instead of providing us energy they result in the fat accumulation in the body... so I hope that this may help you.....
