We all change when we grow, like our voices and our height weight so many things. apart from that we learn a million things, our behavior changes too. and it's a very difficult task to maintain yourself in a very good manner, so we say to get away from all stress, then eat the meals at a particular time, regularly play and who can forget studying, if u want your future to be bright enough so never stop learning. These are some main reasons while growing up we face.
