Eating good food will keep us healthy and fit but not the unhealthy and unhygenic foods.

we all know that a healthy eating plan include vegetables , fruit , and whole grains . it limits satured and transfats , sodium and added sugars . the scientist found the risk of death from three diseases was higher for those who comsumes too much sodium , processed meat and sugar sweeted beverages .
Risk of death was also higher among those who don't enough nuts and seeds , vegetables and fruits .
