It is our duty to protect the environment.but today our mother i.e., Our environment is in dangerous situation. These environment is in such a situation because of us. deforestation, mining, using vehicles for travelling short distances etc., are responsible for pollution. This damages the ozone layer. By this sun rays falls directly on earth. To avoid this problem we have to begin the afforestation.
Flooring,insulation, plastic lumber, woodwork, lawn products can be made from recycled materials. To reduce waste with reusable shopping bags. We have to use the vehicles to travel far distances only etc. When we are go by walk without using vehicles for shorter distances, our health will be in good condition. So, it is a good thing to save environment which saves us. So, we are all to promise that we have to protect our environment as our responsibility.

So today I m going to give a speech on ENVIRONMENT. Environment is everything around us. We all love our environment but we are forgetting that we are harming our environmental daily. Nature gave us so many things but what we are giving nature back?? Are we taking it's proper care?? The answer is a big NOOOO..
Because of new technologies, industrialization and urbanization, there has been a massive exploitation in natural resources.
People are cutting trees, burning fossil fuels, using non-eco friendly things like plastic etc. Burning of fossil fuels is increasing the amount of carbondioxide and other greenhouse gases in the atmosphere. We know carbondioxide is necessary for environment. But too much can harm us and our environment. They trap heat and radiations and hence makes the environment warm. If there'll be more carbondioxide in the atmosphere, then the temperature will rise even higher and this will lead to global warming. And cutting of trees can increase the amount of greenhouse gas. As we know that trees are a good absorber of carbondioxide.
Using non-eco friendly things is also a dangerous thing. Plastics are non-biodegrable means they don't get decomposed easily. i.e they can cause soil pollution as well as water pollution.. Electricity has also burnt lot of coal and hence polluted the environment. we also used fertilizers and pesticides which are harmful for the environment and decrease the soil fertility. this way, the soil is being polluted.
Not only this, one of the most important thing gifted from God. That's water. Water is a natural resource and everyone on this Earth needs water for survival. But what are we doing? We are wasting water, polluting water. We aren't thinking about our next generation. Humans are kinda selfish. It's our responsibility to save our environment and make a happy and healthy life here. Our one small attempt to save environment can have a great impact on it.
