Healthy food is one of the most important part in leading a healthy life. Combined with physical activity, a balanced food can help us to reach and maintain a healthy weight. Healthy food habits can reduce the risk of chronic diseases. It can also improve our concentration and promotes our overall health.Being overweight or obese can put children at a higher risk for health problems such as heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, etc. during childhood and as they age.we should never skip breakfasts and should ideally have a light dinner. We are always fascinated by the world of Burgers, Chips, fried chicken and soft drinks. A regular consumption of these food can have terrible health implications and can make you obese with other health complications. These food are now correctly described as ‘Junk’.

A human body has to perform many tasks to stay alive. To perform the tasks, it requires energy to work. Energy comes from Food. The type of energy the body have depends upon the types of food the body takes. If the body takes foods that are not nutritious, then it will not act properly, as a result the body won't be able to perform the tasks, and if the body won't perform tasks properly then it will ruin and ultimately die. So, food does a major part in our lifes.

Un-healthy foods will make a body lazy, depressed and cause diseases; whereas healthy foods will make a body, fit, healthy and disease-free.

Healthy foods include the home-made foods. These include the nutritious ones i.e. vegetables, fruits, proteins, carbs, fats, vitamin, etc. Every food have its own value. They are all necessary, lack of specific nutrients may cause diseases. Healthy foods makes the body active and strong. It also helps in brain functioning.
