Importance of career counselling in schools
Good morning respected principal, faculty members and my dear friends. Career counselling is an important part of school-going students. A lot of us suffer from a dilemma related to our studies.
There are lots of students who are unable to find their passion and their talent. Parents also suffer due to low marks of their children. They force students to focus on things which are not their true talent, but which they think is important.
Following their true passion, which they can know by career counselling, children can achieve great heights and success in their life. Respected authorities, I hope I could grab your attention and you would take time to think over the topic.
You only live once and you must make the most of it and to make the most of it we need the right guidance. They say "true guidance is like a small torch in a dark forest. It does not show everything at once, but gives enough light for the next step to be safe and would be one more step closer to success" but what if i'm not given this small torch and put in this dark dense forest we call this world? Career counselling would be my small torch, giving me an insight about my strengths and weaknesses so that i stay focused on my strengths and make a career out of it and know my weaknesses and have the chance to improvise on it. Career counselling makes one more focused, determined and lets them make the best out of ones life. Career counselling might not be a huge step for me now but it will be when i have to make decisions on my own and they say "no one knows yourself better than you" i have been given the freedom to become who i really want to be and to make the most out of it, as my little torch guiding my way into this dark forest where there is a tough competition career counselling will be my light. i'd like to conclude by saying every accomplishment starts with a decision to try and to make the best out of it there is career counselling. Thank you. :)
