Now on behalf of my respected teachers and friends I would like to share my opinions about the lovely city Jalandhar....
Jalandhar is formerly known as Prasthala. Later, it was renamed to Jullundur. It is the most important city during the Mahabharata period. The city is located on the Grand Trunk Road. It is the prime capital of Punjab. Jalandhar is the home to multinational companies and several business startups. It has seen a tremendous growth in the recent years. Jalandhar has immensely contributed to traditional folks and culture. It is one of the leading tourist attractions in India.
Imam Nasir Masjid, Tulsi Mandir, Wonderland Theme Park, Devi Talab Mandir, Shiv Mandir, Rangla Punjab Haveli, Pushpa Gujral Science City are some of the top tourist places in Jalandhar.
There is the number of attractions in Jalandhar of which Wonderland theme park is popular and just more than a usual park. People can do water rides, mechanical rides, boating, playhouse, trekking, mountaineering and lots more. Naldehra Hill Station, Dehradun Hill Station, Shimla Hill Station, Dharamshala Hill Station and Palampur Hill Station are just a few of the most attractions in Jalandhar. Parwanoo is a popular hill station in Jalandhar. Experience the beauty of Kashmir by involving in various activities such as rock climbing, abseiling, trekking, and paragliding. With the lush green and cup-shaped meadow, it attracts the tourist in peak hour. Next to Parwanoo hills, Dalhousie hill station is an ideal for all the trekking experts
