Answer:
My voice, our future. Women's empowerment and the challenges women face.
Times have changed a lot and so have the thinking of people. Though the challenges and discrimination faced by women have reduced a lot but not zero. Women play a great role in shaping the future as well all know that the mother is said to be the first school for a child. This way women hold so much power.
We need to empower women and make them understand their self worth and that they can equally do well in outside their household work. Women by working will not become financially independent but also will help in eradicating poverty. We need to educate women and make them aware of their self-worth. Not only this it is very important for sustainable development. Empowered women will contribute to health care sectors and and will increase the productivity of the whole families and communities and improved prospects for the future generations. Women need to be empowered for a better future.
Despite being in the 21st century women still have a lot of challenges not only at home but outside too. Gender inequality still prevails in the society. Not only this women face reproductive health inequalities, violence, economic inequality and are not safe. The increasing crimes against women have restraint the growth of women and in whole our society. Women have been fighting such challenges since the beginning of the civilization. Together we can all fight this challenge and create a better world.
