Answer:

hope it will help u dear

Explanation:

Nepotism is based on favoritism granted to relatives in various fields, including business, politics, entertainment, sports, religion and other activities. The term originated with the assignment of nephews to important positions by Catholic popes and bishops.

Nepotism has been criticized since the ancient times by several philosophers, including Aristotle, Valluvar, and Confucius. For instance, the ancient Indian philosopher Valluvar condemned nepotism as both evil and unwise.[1]

Indian politics is the motherland of nepotism and this has been the case right from the time of independence .It all started with the Gandhi family who came into the politics as freedom fighters right at the time of independence and has been ruling the country by their family members who has been in this like a family business.Even if we look beyond the likes of Indira Gandhi,Rajiv Gandhi,Sanjay Gnadhi and put our focus on other political parties,we could well see that the Indian politics is just like any other family business.Right from Jammu and kashmir to karnataka and from Maharashtra to Assam, politics is the cup of tea for those who has their predecessors in this field and has been favoring them to build a career init .In J&K Farroq Abdullah projected his son as the chief minister once he was done with his political career . In south this disease has turned out to be an epidemics with Kanimojhi,A Raja,Stalin has been involved in many scams and has been backed by the people in power whom they are very close or are their family members . In Maharashtra we all know about the likes of Sharad Pawar and his daughter Supriya Sule whose name had been dragged in IPL ownership as it has been believed that she has some shares in one of the IPL team and has not been objected because of his father being the BCCI boss at that time.If we are talking about IPL then how can we forget thename of Mr. Shashi Tharoor who has been believed to favor the Kochi team in auction as him being the minister of states at that time and Kochi team was closely associated with his wife Sugandha Pushkar. If we talk Madhya Pradesh then there is the Scindia Family who has been in politics from decades. Then we have the mother-son combo of Sheila and her son Sandeep Dixit.Uttar pradesh and Bihar are the two states where nepotism is at the highest level with maffias being close to the politicians are benefiting from them and these two states have the highest number of politicians with criminalbackground. The most recent incident is the Durga Nagpal case in which it has been believed that she was being suspended because she was working against the land mafia of Gautam Buddha nagar in UP.On other hand if we talk about the family business of politics then we have the duo of Yadav family with Mulayam singh eyeing a chance of driving into the Race Course Bungalow and projected his son as the youngest chief minister of the country. In Bihar Chirag Paswan has been projected as the new face of Lok Janshakti Party and we all know how the political parties have been favoring their near and dear ones over the years in various tenders in Bihar. In Bihar RJD could have the highest number of family members in politics with Lalu Prasad, his wife and his brother in laws and even the wife of brother in law enjoying the power as MP or MLAs.We all know what is the background and trackrecord of Sadhu yadav,Pappu yadav and Sahbuddin in Bihar. If we go across the north east where we have TaroonGogai and his daughter in politics of Assam and in Odisha BJD has been led Naveen Patnaik who is none other than the son of Biju Patnaik. In Andhra Pradesh too Jagmohan Reddy has been in politics and has been benefited by the name and good work of his late father YSR reddy to build his political career in the state. We talk about any state and the problem of nepotism is part and parcel of Indian Politics.
