SAVING OUR EARTH
Ladies and gentleman, and all my lovely friends.
Now days, world is facing the global challenges, we must be ready to face every challenge. According to the experts, one of the problems faced by the world, instead of our country Indonesia is global warming. And now, global warming is becoming the world problem. The global warming is always connected with a greenhouse effect that increases the mean body temperature of the earth's surface.
Ladies and gentleman, and all my lovely friends.
The changing global climate and natural disaster that happened lately, wake up our awareness about natural warning. How are those things cause sufferings upon mankind. Many people have to sustain a loss, homeless, edited and become refugees because of flood. This condition is worsened by the waste and pollution which has caused environment problems. The usage of pesticide and fertilizer have also brought about unknown diseases. That the problem becomes a very big challenge, well known with global warming. Is it a price that we should pay for our carelessness?

Because of Technologies , Technologies exists today that can cut emissions from heat-trapping gases and make a difference in the health of our planet , but the great solutions are if we want to get started today to save our earth from global warming. The question is that we have Minahasa people already to change the world ?. As the society we must have sense of caring, sense of belonging, and sense of responsibility for keeping the ocean pure, clean, and saved.

It is obvious that our earth and the next generation live depend on us. We can learn from what happened in the world. Natural flood disaster example, drought, and landslide happened because of global warming. These miserable occurrence should open up our eyes and mind.
The question now is that we should do it, as we make it younger and save our earth from global warming? As the teenagers we can:
Ø First, take care of our earth by illegal logging
Ø Second, throw the rubbish into the dustbin.
Ø Finally, make our home, school and classroom always keep clean.
Don't destruct our earth!
Procrastination is not an option. Scientists agree that if we wait 10, 20, or 50 years, the problem will be more difficult to address and the consequences for us will be that much more serious. Now is the time to change the world!
Have we been ready for that? The answer is on you and me as Minahasa people. May this speech can be useful.
