Swamiji stood for the reverence of women and also spoke of a world view where there will be no sex and gender discrimination.

He believed in universal motherhood and sisterhood, and whether women remained inside the home or outside, they deserve respect.

He also believed that until and unless women were given their due respect, there would be no progress in nationalism.
