I greet you all

I am here on behalf of the command in general who is away for official duties to deliver his message.

Ladies and gentlemen as you all know we have enjoyed a peaceful country over 30 years now. It is something we have always felt proud of. Everyone will always attest to the work our men in uniform have done to keep the country and its neighbors in harmony but what do you do when you constantly feel pushed and provoked to do the undo able? Many at time this particular country has been pushing us to the wall and we want to come out clear today and assure them that if they want war, we will serve it to me cold. We are not cowards. I think if peace talks can not work, then war it is. We are ready and we will not hesitate to engage if need be. I think this is a good way to solve the conflicts between us since peace talks have not yielded much.
