good morning everyone present here.....respected sir and all my dear friends a very good morning once again.....i would like to thank all of my friends to vote me...and u believe that  i would be best for class monitor...
and sir i would also like to thank you for choosing me as a monitor AND believing on me that i can handle the class nicely and also for thinking that i have the leadership quality....sir i would not disappoint you, i will give my best..... thanks alot...

Explanation

Good morning teachers and my fellow classmate I got this golden opportunity to all of you and speak few words about my experience as class monitor. First of all a big thankyou to all of you to consider me responsible enough to hold this position of monitoring whole class of $50$ students. At first I was not sure about myself but after steeping into this responsible position I started believing that I can do it and will try to perform my level best. Thankyou once again for having faith in me.

Hence, I am happy to hold this position and promise to do my level best.
