Good morning/afternoon/evening to ladies and gentlemen.Today we have all gathered here on the auspicious occasion of the 'Annual Youth Festival'.This festival is held at the end of each year to celebrate youth and their achievements.

Now,I would like to introduce to all of you ,our chief guest - Mr./Mrs./Ms.__________,the current Mayor.Now I would like to call upon our chief guest to share his views on the event.
