Speed of Electromagnetic Waves is same for all wavelength , frequencies, intensity. This can be understood as speed of light is a universal constant which is the value of speed of all Electromagnetic Waves.

Now, Wavelength and frequency are inversely proportional to each other so, c as a constant does not depend on them.

For all intensity speed of light remains constant.
However. light has different speeds in different media
