Refractive Index = Speed of light in vaccum / speed of light in the medium
4/3 = 3 * 10^8 m/s / speed of light in that medium.
speed of light in that medium = 3 * 10^8 m/s / 4/3
speed of light in that medium = 3 * 10^8 m/s *3 / 4
speed of light in that medium = 9/4 * 10^8 m/s
speed of light in that medium = 2.25 * 10^8 m/s
