Solution :

We know , velocity in light is inversely proportional to the refractive index :

So ,

\dfrac{v_2}{v_1}=\dfrac{r_1}{r_2}\\\\\dfrac{v_2}{3\times 10^8}=\dfrac{1}{\dfrac{4}{3}}\\\\v_2=\dfrac{3\times 3 \times 10^8}{4}\\\\v_2=2.25\times 10^8\ m/s
