Speed of train = 50 KMPH

Converting the Unit of speed into SI unit.

1KMPH = 5/18 m/sec

50KMPH = 250/18 m/sec

Now,

Total Distance travelled by train to cross the platform will be equal to :-

Length of Train+Length of platform

=600+150

=750M

Now;

Time taken = distance/speed

time=\dfrac{d}{s}\\ \\ \\time=\dfrac{750*18}{250}\\ \\ \\Time=3*18\\ \\ \\Time=54 seconds

Hence,
