There are two scenarios. Velocity of B w.r.t A:
i) when trains A and B both are travelling in the same direction (parallel) = (90 - 54) km/hr
= 36 km/hr

ii) when trains A and B are travelling in the opposite direction (anti-parallel) = (90 + 54) km/hr
= 144 km/hr
