Given,

A Spin wheel, with four divisions.

Each division has a unique color i.e yellow, blue, green, and red.

To Find,

The probability of landing the spin on blue and red, after spinning of the spinner.

Solution,

Since there are four parts in the spin,

⇒ 1 in four parts

Therefore the chances of getting a blue is = \frac{1}{4}

The probability of getting a red is = \frac{1}{4}

The chances of getting a blue is = \frac{1}{4}

Henceforth, the chances of getting red and blue after spinning the spinner are \frac{1}{4}
