The sentences will be written correctly as follows:

I ate a bunch of grapes.

It tasted sweet.

So I gave it to my mom to eat.

She said that it was sour.

  • In the field of English grammar, collective noun can be described as a words which we use for specific collection of nouns.
  • We use the collective noun 'bunch' for grapes. Hence, 'flock' will be replaced by 'bunch'.
  • According to the correct sentence structure, 'sweetly' will be replaced by 'sweet'.
  • The use of correct conjunction in a sentence is important. As the grapes were given to mom because they were sweet hence the correct preposition to use will be 'so' instead of 'but'.
  • As mother is a female being we will use 'she' instead of 'he' in the sentence above.
