Answer:

If we use water to put out an oil fire then the oil will float on the water and it helps the fire to spread where the water goes.

If water is used to put out an electrical fire then the person who is spreading may get electric shock or current because it is a good conductor of electricity. Also water can cause damage to electrical applainces.

hope it will help you.

Answer:

spraying water to put out oil and electrical fire is will not extinguish the fire.

Explanation:

Because oil floats on water, and if we spray water on it, it will only worsen the scenario. It will spread the fire to different places and effect the water bodies, sewage system etc.

we all know that, water attracts electricity. Now, In case of electrical fire, if we spray water on the fire, electricity will travel through water and hit the human body which will be absorbed and affect it or may even cause fatal injuries or even death.
