Spraying water on an oil and electrical fire is not a good way.

The reason is water id heavier than oil and hence water will sink down and oil will keep burning on top plus water spreads more easily than oil. so as lower surface is water and oil is burning on top ,then fire will spread more easily. Hence water is not good for burning oil.

When it comes to electrical fire, the water is a conductor of electricity and it will simply transfer current to the one spraying the water and the person may die due to high voltage.
